Our salesperson, Ray was awesome! He went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure we got what we wanted and needed...planning on purchasing a second bike in the next few months and we will definitely go back to Eagles Nest in Lathrop. I'VE BEEN USING EAGLESNEST FOR SOME TIME ON SOME OF MY REPAIRS. WE'LL HERE IT IS I'VE JUST GOT MY BIKE FROM THERE SERVCE DEPT AFTER THEY REDID MY ENGINE TO 103CID. THIS BIKE RUNS LIKE A @#$#@ APE, SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GO FAST & VERY MUCH NEEDED TORQUE. THOSE TECHS ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO,SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT SERVICE DEPT. We bought our 2003 Road King from Gary about 4 months ago and we are so happy with everyone there and the exceptional service we get whenever we go into Eagles Nest. I just finished a 5 day Motorcycle Riding Course and I must say that I am very happy with the way everything went. Everyone was super nice. Dave the Sales Manager, the really nice lady "Red" who is at the front desk and the other super nice lady in the clothing & accessories store were all very friendly and amazingly accommodating. They were always smiling and made me feel at home. The instructors were Randy and Tony. Tony did all the classroom work for our group of eight and Randy and Tony did the riding skills and evaluation on Saturday and Sunday. I really appreciate the professionalism and level of instruction they both provided. I have wanted to take a class for years and now I am glad I did. It was very enjoyable. I bought a 2004 fxdli LowRider and it is the best bike I've ever bought. Kieth Vargum was my salesman and he was straight with me, up frount and honest. Everyone there was great all except the fianance dude who tried to throw in some free things that were not so free and by not so free i mean 10004 for a 1 year warrenty i didnt ask for etc... However Tom stepped in and took care of me (thank you). Overall great experiance, I waited 4 months to write this just to see if the bike was all that and more and IT IS.. and the merch. lady helped me pick out the perfect helmet, I got 2 free shirts. Again thanks to Kieth who I highly recommend and also helped me get great insurance, cheap. Thank You

After driving by several times I decided I had better stop and make a visit. As I was in the market for a new bike I checked out their inventory and found a 2003 vrsca I was definitely interested in. Emailed the dealership and received a quick response from Victor who gave me some good advice regarding my current bike. I went up on a rainy Saturday after completing what I could over the phone and email I saw the bike in person. It unfortunately was not ready butVictor and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had my bike before the weekend was over. I am glad I made the decision to make the drive. I will definitely be keeping my business with Eagle's Nest!

Purchased a 2012 Road King in January. I was told by some friends to go and check out Eagles Nest in Lathrop and check it out. Joe in sales did a great job in helping go thru the process of purchasing my first bike. Since I'm a new rider and didn't have my permit yet he arranged to have my bike transported via trailer to my residence. Also signed up for the Riders Edge Riding Course. Jeff, Randy, Tony, and Jacqi did a wonderful job instructing the group during our 5 day course. Jose in the Parts Dept did a great job in helping me out ordering pipes and other items for my bike. My overall experience with the staff has been positive.

I recently purchased a 2011 Harley Davidson Custom Super Glide. Everyone was pleasantly nice and informative. I had some issues with the running lites that seemed to be an issue getting repaired. I turned in a survey that was not fair to a few of the departments. I spoke to a manager in the service department (Jane). After telling her the problems I was having, Jane leaped into action to get my problem fixed and put me back on the satisfied customer list. I ask that you please accept this survey in my original surveys place. I will refer eaglesnest to all my friends for any bike purchases, or accessories. Simply because, people there do care!!! Thanks, My Harley is a kick ass ride!

My Husband and I took a ride to Eagles Nest, Just to see what they had. As we pulled up, I was shocked by the size of their inventory. They had everything you could want or need. We spotted xr1200x in the window and was hooked. We had no Idea we would be leaviing with the xr1200x. This happen on saturday, now it's monday and have no trouble getting the my son to go to the store. We Love It.

My taillight broke unexpectedly on a trip up to Sacramento - my first real trip on the freeway. I pulled in to see if someone could at the least maybe tape it up until I could get home. Your service dept had me 100% repaired and on the road in less than 30 minutes as if nothing had ever happened. They were SO courteous, gave my bike a quick once over to make sure nothing else was wrong/loose, made sure I didn't need anything else and sent me on my way. True gentlemen. THANK YOU!

My friend and I were riding from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to Mesa, Arizona and he had made an appointment with Eagles Nest HD to have 2 new tires installed. In Redding, Ca I realized there was something wrong with my clutch and as I approached the Eagles Nest, my rear belt broke. I pushed the bike the last 1/8 mile. Al and Cruise in the parts department were great and the mechanic, John, really new his stuff. They took the bike in immediately and started tearing it down to diagnose the problems. They went to 2 other dealers to get the right parts and had me back on the road the same day. I didn`t think dealerships like this still existed, but I`m really glad I broke down near this one. Thanks again!!

I purchased a new Heritage Soft tail Classic. Great experience...great price...$5,000 below other dealers....who wouldn't deal.
Gary in Sales...is great! Finance was great...parts has a great selection and service....Service Dept. is top notch as well...just busy.....but it was riding weather.
I thought I was gonna get the Road King Classic.....No other dealer had the Raod King Classic outfitted the way I wanted it....I took the wife to "The Nest"...they had one... We took the ride...It wasn't the ride I wanted, so we bought "Heather".... lol

I drove hours out of my way to purchase this new bike at your dealership after visiting 4 other dealers in the Bay area. This is my 15th. motorcycle, my 5th. Harley-Davidson. I've done business with a few dealers over the years and the Eagle's Nest team did an outstanding job of earning my business. First, Hans and I spent many phone calls discussing my needs and putting the deal together. Hans is a very honest and knowledgeable representative. We actually put the deal together over the phone and did it all on a handshake. When my wife and I arrived to close the deal, Hans reviewed everything with us in detail and made sure all promises were kept. During the actual purchase, there was not a single wrinkle. (Except, I think my wife has a little crush on Hans). It's a pleasure doing business with a gentleman. Your finance team did an excellent job of securing us the best finance deal possible. The Eagle's Nest service department did an outstanding job setting the bike up exactly the way we wanted it. One example is the detachable Tour-Pak I wanted. Due to the amount of electronics on this bike, it was a very technical installation requiring some customized mounting parts and difficult rewiring. The job was done beautifully! I also would like to compliment Cruz in your parts department on his knowledge of H-D parts and accessories. I purchased a ton of extras and Cruz spent over an hour advising me and helping me select the right options. He really knows his stuff and is just a great guy to work with. Thanks.
